Craig Sparks brings 10+ years of architectural and structural design experience. He has specialized in Type-V residential and Type-II commercial construction, including planning, design, and field inspection phases. He also proudly served eight years in the United States Air Force.

Katie Sparks is a Southern Utah native who grew up working and learning in her family’s construction business, which helped develop the Cedar City area. She has 20+ years of experience in small business and construction management, design, and project budgeting. She works alongside Craig to ensure that all pieces of your project come together.
